On the second day of the meeting, the CHOICE consortium engaged all school students into one of the Educational Path’s activities: the Swap Market. The activity consisted in organising a second-hand clothes market, with products which were brought by the participants, who can takes items without paying. The activity highlights the importance of recycling and the notion that clothes that we don’t use could still be useful to someone else. The Swap Market was quite successful among the students, who also few weeks earlier watched a documentary on the fast fashion phenomenon and prepared posters about the related environmental problems caused by it. At the end of the Swap Market, the Consortium had roundtable on the activity, how to best adapt it to each peculiar target group, and what could be improved.
